What support will be available for students with learning difficulties?

The Learner Experience team are here to support, to encourage and help you thrive. They provide quality advice and guidance and can also offer learning support to help you if you are dyslexic or if you have a disability or a learning difficulty.

You can contact our Learner Experience team at each of our main centres from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, or give them a call on:

  • King’s Cross Centre – 0207 832 5002
  • Victoria Centre – 0207 802 8801
  • Soho Centre – 0207 025 1925

Our Access Support team contact all applicants who have disclosed a disability on their application form for a confidential discussion on any support that may be required. You may prefer to let your facilitators know of your support needs when you are already on course. This results in a referral to the Access Support team who will then work with you and with your facilitators.

The Access Support team also assist students experiencing mental health difficulties. They are qualified to listen to your concerns and ensure that appropriate adjustments are made whilst you study. They can help you access support from within 01Founders or from external agencies. Any conversation is treated confidentially and sensitively.
